I'm not impressed with this and think there are better packages out there. First off, the package I received was in a plastic bag. I've seen much better packaging. It was particularly poor as a gift item because of the packaging.
Camera functions OK but mounting mechanism is horrible. It is a very narrow clip and unusable on almost anything. It won't even clip onto my laptop let alone a regular LCD display on a computer.
Mouse functions fine. As a laser mouse it does its job but it wasn't purchased for the mouse.
Biggest let downs on the camera are the mounting and the button. If you hit the button it seems to insist on launching a MS webcam app. It is used with Skype mostly so this is very annoying.
Really wish I'd spent the few extra dollars on a better camera. -- Ok webcam but I think there is better - good mouse
I bought this pack couple weeks ago and it's worth with the price.
I had been using exactly the same mouse since Nov. last year but somehow it just worked for almost 1 year. I'm looking for a new mouse and this time I also need a webcam and this pack is good for me; though still hoping this new mouse works longer. I really really like the quality of the webcam & also the software along, they're great! I also like the carrying case, good for protection.

As said in the title, I really liked the camera. I use it for camera-chat with my family. Everybody likes the view. I don't know very much technical details but supports high resolution efficiently with bright and clear view. When we talk about the mouse, ergonomics of it is fine I think. It's not just one of those too small laptop mice, while it's mobile enough to carry within the laptop case(i.e. size and weight are OK). The problem about that is sometimes it cannot follow my moves just after I plug it. I don't think it's about battery power, anyhow I feel more comfortable with cord mouse. The nice detail about the mouse software is the zooming tool with a button. So if you decide to by use these items by installing the driver in the CD to benefit from extras. After all I am satisfied because great price makes this packet a good choice. -- Camera 5-stars Mouse 4 stars
This is a very nicely designed webcam that will clip easily onto newer laptop screens that are relatively thin. The clip is not very flexible. So thicker screens may be a problem but it works fine for my laptops. The picture is great and the installation is a no brainer.
The first unit I received was defective and had to be returned, leading me to wonder about manufacturing quality, but the second one I received worked flawlessly and has not shown any quality problems.
The mouse is a pleasant bonus that works quite well. -- Nicely designed webcam
