this webcam is really simple to install and the microphone works great. My primary use is to keep in touch with family and friends, and this webcam does the job. It is not the best picture quality in the world, but it is more than good enough for the average person trying to do the same. I have bought 3 of these webcams and given them to the rest of my family once I found out how well they work. -- great little webcam

Camera was easy to set up and get running. I did have to uninstall and reinstall but I think I was more my fault for having too much junk on my computer. I bought one for myself and one for my in-laws. They had some trouble with their microphone but other than that the camera works great.
