Could not have been easier to start a conversation on line over the miles. It was simple to install -- just plugged it in; it did the rest (I did not need the CD that came with it). It even worked with my Windows Vista! -- webcam

plugged it in and it worked and did the cd and that was a no no,so if you plug the camera in it , it will work if not put the cd in only if you have too -- good price and item
