Metaphorically speaking, this webcam doesn't come with any bells or whistles. It works as a digital camera or a video camera: allowing you to take and save pictures and videos. And of course needles to say, the Dynex 1.3 mega pixel web cam also functions.......as a web cam: allowing you to broadcast yourself live over the internet.
The picture quality is okay considering it's price range. But, it's a little slow to pick up movement. And the built in microphone works fine.
I only recommend this for someone who's casually interested in a web cam. It's not the most impressive piece of technology I've ever seen but, it's certainly not the worst either. -- It's okay

I got this item for 20 dollars. For that price it works extremely well. It is not the best Web cam out there picture quality wise, but it still works extremely well. I don't think you can get a better value. The picture is pretty clear. The setup/install was just plugging it in and turning on my computer. -- great performace for the price

This cam was very easy to install and completely effortless to use. My favorite feature is how it clips onto the top of your laptop. -- Good value
